Housing Application
You may view and/or print an application from our website. Once you print the application, fill it out, and deliver it to our office. Please keep in mind that children are not allowed in the interview rooms so please make arrangements.
We take applications 7:30am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday. The process takes approximately thirty minutes. If you live outside of Scott Bluff County, you may mail in the application. Please sign all the appropriate places.
Incomplete Applications will not be processed.
WE NEED ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS FOR EVERYONE IN HOUSEHOLD!
All applications must be in print and signed.
