Housing Partners of Western Nebraska (HPWN) is accepting applications for an open position on the Scotts Bluff County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.
We are seeking a community-minded individual who is passionate about supporting affordable housing opportunities and making a positive impact in our community.
Commissioners provide oversight and guidance to help ensure the Housing Authority fulfills its mission of providing safe, affordable housing and promoting housing stability and self-sufficiency.
Position Information:- Five-year term
- Monthly Board meetings, with occasional special meetings
- Initial and ongoing Commissioner training provided
- Applicants must meet Nebraska's statutory eligibility requirements, including residency and criminal-history qualifications
Application Period: November 9 – December 8, 2026
