Once an application is processed and an interview done, the applicants name is put on a waiting list for the desired location and number of bedrooms needed.

When a person's name comes up on the list, it is then offered to the prospective tenant.

They then have 3 days to accept the unit.  Rebecca Winter's Tenants will need to have the Gas Utility Bill (Source Gas) and the Electric Bill (NPPD) under their name.

A Security Deposit and first month's prorated rent will need to be paid.

A video will need to be watched and then the signing of the Lease. 

Cindi or Cassandra and the new tenant will then do a complete inspection of the unit so that both parties are satisfied with its condition.

The process takes about 2 hours from start to finish which is why we have the prospective tenant come in before 2:00 pm.  Please keep in mind that no housing will take place after 2:00 pm and no children will be allowed in the room during the Housing Process.
